Some Thoughts On Why We Still Give

Kappa Sig thanks all of the Brothers who have given to our organization in the past, as well as this year. Have you ever asked yourself why you give? Is it part of your charitable routine? Do you believe in affording the next generation of young men with the same experience you had with Kappa Sig? Whatever the case, we thank you. Here are some reasons we collected from past surveys of other Kappa Sigma members about why they have and continue to give back to our organization:

"The fraternity provided a social life in what would have otherwise been a sterile big-city campus attended by a small town boy. It helped me mature, provided life-long friendships, and has even created new friendships in later years.  I want to help other deserving young men to have the same advantages."

"My experience at two chapters taught me the value of the fraternity. In turn I feel that as long as I can I should continue my support."

"Kappa Sigma was an important part of my life first at George Mason University, and then Georgia Tech. While at school I learned that current student participation fees did not cover many of the costs.  I believe the experience is valuable and worthy of investment for future generations."

"I have a routine of charitable giving each year. I always include Kappa Sigma in that giving. I certainly have great memories of my time."

So what are YOUR reasons? Let us know here.
